The delegation of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor works in Bac Ninh

(BNP) - On August 15, a delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang, Member of Party Central Committee, Chairman of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor had a working session with the provincial leaders.

At the meeting, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Nhan Chien briefed guests on the socio-economic development of the province over the time and emphasized that those results are thanks to the interest and facilitation of central agencies, including the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor over periods. The Secretary wished in the coming time, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor would continue to have many cooperation programs with the province to better implement the work of caring for workers.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also asked the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to speed up the construction of trade union institutions in Yen Phong Industrial Park, thereby, timely responding to legitimate interests and better care of the lives of workers in the province.

Chairman of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang expressed his impression on the achievements of Bac Ninh province in the past time, and highly appreciated good results in the workers' movement and activities of the province. He hoped the province to continue to pay more attention to the trade union organization, has appropriate policies to promote the role of taking care of and protecting legitimate rights and interests for workers, especially investment in the construction of welfare facilities such as parks, schools, and health facilities for employees. For the trade union structure in Yen Phong Industrial Zone, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang proposed the province to continue investing in infrastructure, ensuring synchronous connection to better meet the needs of workers in the industrial parks.
