The percentage of online business registration dossiers reaches nearly 60%
(BNP) - According to the report of Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 9 months, the province has granted business registration certificates to 1,734 enterprises with a total registered capital of over VND 16,623 billion. In particular, the percentage of online business registration dossiers reached 59.81%, ranking the 8th in the country.

The province issued the registration to establish branches, representative offices and business locations for 525 affiliated units. 155 enterprises and 126 affiliated units were dissolved; 442 enterprises and 50 affiliated units were registered suspension of operation; 316 enterprises and 12 affiliated units were operated again.
In September, 202 enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of over VND 1,322 billion; 84 branches, representative offices and business locations were established.
Until now, there are 15,602 enterprises in operation with a total registered capital of more than VND 232,788 billion. Among which, 529 private businesses; 8,348 One Member Limited Liability Company; 4,411 Limited Liability Companies with 2 or more members; 2,314 Joint Stock Companies. The province also granted operation certificates to 3,108 branches, representative offices and business locations.
