Thuan Thanh district strives to add 03 communes in the list of new rural communes in 2018
(BNP) - Up to June 2018, Thuan Thanh district has 11 out of 17 communes, where satisfied new rural standards.

During the 2016 – 2018 period, the district has invested over VND 410 billion to build essential infrastructure for socio-economic development. At present, more than 90% of roads are concretized; rural electricity system is regularly upgraded and renovated. All educational, cultural and sports establishments are synchronously invested; average income per capita reached 41 million VND/year, the rate of poor households decreased to 0.87%.
With the target of striving to add 3 new countryside communes of Ninh Xa, Nguyet Duc, and Ngu Thai, Thuan Thanh district will focus on directing the communes to accelerate the implementation of school construction projects, review the criteria and the plan to promote socio-economic development according to the plan.
