Tu Son City promotes digital transformation in administrative reform
(BNP) - Tu Son City People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 150/KH-UBND on administrative reform in the city in 2024.

The plan’s goal aims to provide 100% of administrative procedures publicly posted at the City Public Administration Center and the One-Stop-Shop of the wards; the rate of documents resolved online at the city level is 85% and at the commune level is 80% or more; 100% of citizens' petitions are resolved, and the results are made public according to regulations.
The Tu Son City People's Committee assigns departments, units, and wards to focus on implementing administrative reform in a synchronous and unified manner, with focus and important issues, ensuring seriousness, efficiency, and completeness on schedule and closely follow the direction of the central government, provinces, and cities; continue to innovate and enhance the leader's role and responsibility for guiding and organizing the implementation of administrative reform tasks by agencies and units; proactively carry out regular review of legal documents issued by the City People's Council and People's Committee; strengthen inspection and self-inspection; and encourage and monitor the handling of illegal documents by People's Committees at all levels.
The relevant units continue to promote the application of information technology (digital transformation) in public service activities in agencies, units, and Ward People's Committees; strengthen information and propaganda work on administrative reform in many forms; carry out exchanges and dialogues with organizations and citizens in the media; develop administrative reform programs and plans associated with the industry and management field and make a clear assignment of tasks and implementation time; promote digital transformation; develop digital government; change thinking in implementing digital transformation; strengthen discipline, administrative discipline, and public service ethics; implement remuneration policies; and encourage officials, civil servants, and public employees to successfully complete assigned tasks…
Through the plan to improve the quality of public service provision, improve the business investment environment, encourage startups and creativity, contribute to improving the Local Management and Governance Index, and successfully implement the plan, benefit the city's economic and social development goals.
