The Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee visited and encouraged the children to overcome adversity and difficulties and make a great effort in studying to become useful people. At the same time, the staffs and teachers of the units continue raising and caring, compensating the disadvantages, helping children in need to soon integrate into the community by their enthusiasm, love, responsibility, contributing to the good implementation of the social security policy of the province, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong emphasized.

The Vice Chairman Nguyen Van Phong requested to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to advise and recommend to the provincial leaders to support the children in special circumstances and teachers of specific units in the province.
