(BNP) - The 1st Then Singing and Tinh Lute Festival of Bac Ninh Province in 2025 will take place on November 26-27, 2025 at the Bac Ninh Provincial Culture and Exhibition Center.

Participation content is implemented according to Plan No. 119/KH-UBND dated October 31, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee and the Festival's Operating Regulations.
November 26:
Morning (8:00 - 11:30) and afternoon (13:30 - 17:00): Groups run the stage, meet with the Head of Group, and stabilize the preparation work.
Evening (19:00 - 22:30): Opening the Festival with a welcome art program; opening speech; announcement of the Jury; giving flowers to the groups; then the first 3 groups perform in the order of drawing lots.
November 27:
Morning (7:30 - 11:30) and afternoon (1:30 - 4:00): The groups continue to perform in the order drawn (total of 9 remaining groups). The jury consults and interacts with the groups.
Afternoon (4:00 - 5:00): Closing ceremony, evaluation of Festival results and awarding of prizes.
