Bac Ninh leads nationwide for 15 consecutive weeks in index of services provided to citizens and businesses

(BNP) - According to the results published on the National Public Service Portal, as of December 29, 2025, Bac Ninh province continues to maintain its number one position nationwide in the set of indicators for directing, managing, and evaluating the quality of service to citizens and businesses in implementing administrative procedures and public services in real time on the electronic environment, with a total score of 96.79/100, an increase of 0.54 points compared to the previous week. This is the highest score achieved by the province since the implementation of this set of indicators.

With these results, Bac Ninh has essentially achieved its goal of leading the country in 2025 in the index of services for citizens and businesses. From the beginning of August 2025, when the province was newly merged and ranked 23rd out of 34 provinces and cities with 71.43 points, Bac Ninh has now increased by 25.36 points, rising to the top and maintaining the number one position continuously for 15 weeks.

Compared to other localities in the leading group, Bac Ninh currently has a gap of +0.16 points compared to Gia Lai (ranked 2nd); +0.17 points compared to Hai Phong (ranked 3rd); +0.54 points compared to Dong Nai (ranked 4th); and +1.82 points compared to Ca Mau (ranked 5th). Although the point difference between the top provinces is not large and there are fluctuations in rankings, Bac Ninh has maintained a stable leading position throughout the past period.

Regarding the component indicators, Bac Ninh continues to maintain high results in most areas. Online public services and online payments reached 100%, reflecting the stable and effective implementation of public services and cashless payments. The progress of resolution index reached 98.6%, an increase of 0.19 points compared to the previous week; the document digitization index reached 97.0%, an increase of 0.13 points. The satisfaction level index reached 99.2%, showing that citizens and businesses are generally satisfied with the quality of service provided by state administrative agencies. The transparency index, however, reached 88.3%, an area that needs continued improvement in the future.
