(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 76/KH-UBND to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of projects to welcome the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Perspective of the Trade Union Social Housing project in Bac Giang.
According to the Plan, on September 25, 2025, the Trade Union Social Housing Project in Bac Giang of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will start construction. The project has a total area of about 19,417m2, with a total investment of VND 388 billion.
On September 27, 2025, 2 projects were started. Of which, Component Project No. 3, repairing and upgrading the Bac Hung Hai system phase 2, invested by Bac Ninh Province Traffic and Agriculture Project Management Board No. 2, with a total investment of VND 537 billion.
Commercial Apartment Project on land lot coded CT3 belongs to the detailed planning of residential area next to Xuong Giang street of Dat Vuong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company. The project includes a 25-storey building, 02 basements; construction area of about 2,950m2, total floor area of about 74,713m2, with a total investment of VND 1,057 billion.
