Under Decision No. 995/QD-UBND, the province approved the construction of a road linking the National Highway 18 intersection in Vo Cuong Ward with the Provincial Road 276 intersection in Tien Du Commune. Scheduled for implementation during 2027–2030, the project has a total investment of VND 618.26 billion.

The 3.58-km project comprises one main route and two branch roads within the expanded Lim Urban Area. Built to urban road standards, it will feature synchronized infrastructure, including drainage, lighting, green spaces, sidewalks, median strips, and underground utility systems. The project is expected to improve transport connectivity while supporting the development of a university city and a regional hub for high-quality human resource training.

Under Decision No. 996/QD-UBND, the Provincial People’s Committee also approved a road project connecting Provincial Road 286 and Provincial Road 295B through Yen Phong, Tien Du, and Tam Son, with a total investment of VND 2.97 trillion.

The project will construct a new 7.4-km urban arterial road designed for a speed of 80 km/h, with a roadbed width ranging from 48.5 to 58.5 metres. In addition to bridges and grade-separated interchanges integrated with the existing transport network, the project will include complete technical infrastructure such as drainage, lighting, landscaping, sidewalks, and utility systems.

Upon completion, the route will provide a direct transport link between Tu Son and Yen Phong, enhancing regional connectivity and creating new opportunities for sustainable urban expansion.

The Provincial People’s Committee has assigned the Provincial Civil and Urban Development Project Management Board No. 2 to prepare the feasibility study reports and submit them to the competent authorities for approval in accordance with the Law on Public Investment and relevant regulations. Local authorities will be responsible for implementing land acquisition, compensation, resettlement, and site clearance in line with current legal provisions.
