(BNP) - During 2 days (November 27 and 28), a delegation of Bac Ninh province led by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Council, visited, encouraged and provided support to Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong provinces to overcome the damage caused by storms and floods.

On behalf of the Bac Ninh province’s Party Committee, government and people, Vice Chairman Nguyen Anh Tuan presented VND 3 billion in support to Khanh Hoa province and VND 3 billion to Lam Dong province to help overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize people's lives.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman Nguyen Anh Tuan emphasized that in recent days, the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Ninh province have always turned their thoughts to the people in many localities who are suffering heavy losses due to storms and floods. By joining hands and sharing, Bac Ninh province has actively mobilized donations and supported people affected by storms and floods. This gift has contributed to helping the people of Khanh Hoa province quickly restore production and stabilize their lives.

On this occasion, the delegation also presented 50 gifts, each worth VND 2 million to households in Bac Nha Trang commune, Khanh Hoa province directly affected by storms and floods; and provided VND 100 million in support to Duong Moi Primary School, D'Ran commune, Lam Dong province to purchase equipment for teaching and learning./.
