(BNP) - According to the results announced on the National Public Service Portal, as of November 24, 2025, Bac Ninh province continued to maintain the No. 1 position nationwide for the 10th consecutive week in the Index of direction, administration and assessment of service quality for people and businesses in performing administrative procedures and real-time public services in the electronic environment, reaching 92.60 points, an increase of 0.23 points compared to the previous week.

Bac Ninh recorded the highest increase in points in the past 4 weeks. Meanwhile, Hai Phong (ranked 2nd) increased by 0.35 points, narrowing the gap with Bac Ninh to 0.27 points. Dong Nai continued to rank 3rd with 92.17 points.
Analysis of 6 component indexes shows that 4/6 indexes increased in score, of which the Online Payment index achieved a perfect score of 10/10, an increase of 0.07 points. Document digitization increased by 0.08 points, reaching 96% of the maximum score. Online public services recovered after the previous week's decline, increasing by 0.05 points. Document processing progress increased by 0.03 points.
The two indicators of Transparency and Satisfaction remained stable at a high level.
Among the departments and branches, the Department of Home Affairs recorded the most outstanding increase in points with +5.58 points, rising to 3rd place. Some units with positive increases in points include the Department of Industry and Trade (+1.60 points), the Department of Finance (+0.32 points), and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (+0.27 points).
The Provincial Industrial Parks Authority was the only unit that decreased in score (-0.26). The Department of Education and Training continued to be at the bottom of the table with 87.84 points, mainly due to the low Online Payment index (4.50 points).
At the commune/ward level, 92/99 units scored over 90 points, an increase of 1 unit compared to last week. Of which, An Lac commune took the lead with 94.31 points, Hop Thinh commune ranked second (94.15 points), Bac Giang ward maintained its third position (93.92 points).
