(BNP) - On June 7, a delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor visited, worked, and attended a program to demonstrate initiatives, creativity and give gifts to outstanding workers at Hanel PT New Generation Technology Joint Stock Company.

Joining the delegation were Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Huy Phuong; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi; Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thi Ha; leaders of several provincial departments and agencies, Tien Du commune and Dai Dong commune.

The company has the capacity to design, manufacture, and assemble electronic products, components, and equipment serving the semiconductor industry. In addition, Hanel PT develops the SASAKI brand with advanced food processing technology solutions, contributing to increasing the value of Vietnamese agricultural products and promoting exports.

The company currently employs 225 workers, around 60% of whom are local residents and approximately 60% are women. In 2025, the company is expected to generate revenue of VND 567 billion, representing a 23.3% increase compared to the previous year. Employees earn an average monthly income of between VND 10 million and VND 14 million.
After attending a technical demonstration program and touring Hanel PT’s innovation models and production facilities, Chairman Nguyen Anh Tuan highly commended the company’s achievements in production and business operations during the first six months of the year. He noted that these results have contributed to Bac Ninh Province’s growth target of nearly 12% and supported the country’s goal of maintaining double-digit economic growth.

The Chairman highly appreciated Hanel PT's development orientation based on research and technological innovation, and acknowledged its practical welfare policies for employees. He suggested that the enterprise continue to encourage initiatives and technical improvements, and build appropriate reward mechanisms to enhance productivity and business efficiency. At the same time, trade unions at all levels and relevant agencies should continue to support the enterprise with mechanisms and policies to create favorable conditions for investment, innovation, and the development of employee capabilities.

The Chairman expressed confidence that Hanel PT would continue to build on its achievements through innovation and technological advancement, further strengthening the capacity and standing of Vietnamese enterprises. He also encouraged the company to enhance the material and spiritual well-being of its employees, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of both Bac Ninh Province and the country.
He called on union members and workers to uphold workplace discipline, continuously improve their skills, embrace innovation, and contribute new ideas and initiatives to boost productivity, improve product quality, and increase income.
On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor presented 225 gifts in kind to workers currently working at the Company and 32 cash gifts to outstanding workers with innovative ideas.
