The launch event of the Spring Blood Donation Festival on January 15 alone drew more than 1,000 participants and collected over 1,340 units of blood, creating a vibrant competitive spirit from the very first days of the campaign. Many units exceeded their targets, including: Viet Yen ward cluster with nearly 1,900 units; Yen Phong communal cluster with 1,260 units; Samsung Display Vietnam with 1,690 units, among others.
Alongside organizational efforts, communication and advocacy activities for voluntary blood donation were further promoted in an innovative, flexible manner and closely linked with digital transformation. Communication content was widely disseminated through newspapers, radio and television, electronic portals, websites, fanpages of the Provincial Red Cross, and grassroots broadcasting systems, helping raise public awareness of the purpose and humanitarian significance of voluntary blood donation.
The achieved results continue to affirm the strong leadership and direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the effective coordination among sectors, localities, and units, as well as the sense of responsibility and noble humanitarian spirit of the people in participating in blood donation to save lives.
