Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai attends groundbreaking ceremony for mixed-use residential, commercial, service, and high-rise housing project

(BNP) – On the morning of March 14th, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the II-HH11 mixed-use residential, commercial, service and high-rise housing project in subdivision number 2 in Tan Tien ward.

Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai and provincial leaders present flowers to congratulate the groundbreaking ceremony.

Also attending the event were Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Lam Thi Huong Thanh; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies Pham Van Thinh.

The II-HH11 mixed-use residential, commercial, service, and high-rise housing project, located in subdivision number 2, is being developed on an area of ​​5.84 hectares, with a projected population of approximately 3,000 people. The investor is MIK Group Vietnam.

The project aims to build a comprehensive urban area including: 3 high-rise residential buildings; the construction and finishing of the facades of 28 terraced houses; a commercial and service building (hotel) with 25 above-ground floors, a basement, and modern technical infrastructure.

According to the plan, the project includes high-rise residential buildings, townhouses, and commercial and service facilities, with a comprehensively developed system of transportation, electricity, water supply and drainage, lighting, telecommunications, and landscaping.

The total investment for the project is over VND 3.477 billion, with an operating period of 50 years. The implementation schedule is 93 months. Upon completion, the project will contribute to creating more modern living spaces, while also developing various types of services and commerce to serve residents and professionals working in the area.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh emphasized that the II-HH11 mixed-use residential, commercial, service and high-rise housing project is one of the projects contributing to the completion of the urban infrastructure system, expanding development space and improving the quality of urban services in the province.

The Vice Chairman acknowledged the efforts of the investor, relevant departments, and local authorities in completing the procedures to ensure the project is eligible for commencement

The Vice Chairman requested that the investor and construction units focus resources, implement the project on schedule, ensure the quality of the construction, and comply with the legal regulations on investment and construction, labor safety, and environmental protection so that the project can be completed and become effective as soon as possible.
