By 2030, Bac Ninh will welcome and serve over 5 million tourists

The project aims to effectively implement the Party's resolutions, the State's policies and laws on preserving and promoting cultural values and identities associated with tourism development; develop Bac Ninh tourism quickly and sustainably, commensurate with the potential and advantages of cultural heritage; synchronously develop tourism infrastructure, material and technical facilities in the direction of modernity, professionalism, and smart tourism, thus, making Bac Ninh become one of the major cultural tourism centers of the Red River Delta and the whole country in 2030. Tourism has become an important economic sector in the province's socio-economic development strategy.

Oriented to 2030, Bac Ninh welcomes and serves over 5 million tourists. Total tourism revenue is about VND 4.5 trillion. There are over 25,000 employees in the tourism industry. 3-5 more tourism products will be developed to diversify cultural tourism products…

To achieve the above goals, relevant departments, branches and localities focus on strengthening the leadership of the Party committees and local authorities at all levels in the protection and preservation of cultural heritage values and the task of tourism development.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to monitor, urge and advise the Provincial People's Committee to coordinate with relevant departments, agencies and sectors in formulate and submit to competent authorities for promulgation mechanisms and policies to encourage investment in tourism development in the province.
