Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan works with Phu My Hung Development Corporation
(BNP) - On August 6, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee worked with Phu My Hung Development Corporation on the investment project to build Hong Hac - Xuan Lam ecological urban area, Thuan Thanh town.
Overview of the working session.
The investment project to build Hong Hac - Xuan Lam ecological urban area has an area of 198.5 hectares in Ngu Thai, Song Lieu communes and Xuan Lam ward of Thuan Thanh town. To date, the project has completed site clearance compensation and handed over 197.6 hectares; the remaining 0.9 hectares of cemetery land are still in the process of moving graves. The company has invested in building the technical infrastructure of the project reaching 90%. It is expected that in November 2024, infrastructure investment will be completed.
At the working session, Mr. Gary Tseng, General Manager of Phu My Hung Development Co., Ltd. respectfully thanked the provincial leaders and departments and sectors for always accompanying and removing difficulties and obstacles during the project implementation process. Currently, the company has carried out procedures to increase capital and apply for adjustment of investment policies.
At the same time, he hoped that the provincial leaders would continue to pay attention and direct departments and sectors to focus on guiding the company to complete procedures to issue Investment Registration Certificate according to regulations, thereby, creating conditions to speed up progress and soon put the project into operation, improving the living environment and promoting the province's socio-economic development.
Concluding the working session, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan affirmed that the province's policy of attracting investment in urban areas and regional commercial centers aims to create a highlight for urban development in the province in the coming time.
The Chairman committed that the provincial leaders and departments and sectors are always ready to accompany businesses, reform maximum administrative procedures, and create the most favorable conditions for the project to be implemented soon. At the same time, he hoped that the company would be a bridge, connecting with businesses to deploy investment in the province, thereby, creating an attractive ecosystem and place to live.
