According to report of Yen Phong District People's Committee, for Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park Project (with an area of 219 hectares), the district has made a decision on land acquisition and approved compensation plan for 64 hectares. For the remaining area, the district is measuring the cadastral map, which is expected to approve the plan of compensation, support, and payment for households in November 2020.

For the VSIP Bac Ninh II Industrial Park project with an area of 273ha, the district has been a decision to withdraw 86.5ha; for the remaining area is deploying data collection, making records and compensation plan.

Yen Phong District People's Committee suggested the Provincial People's Committee allow the district to recover about 8.0 hectares of agricultural land which that is interspersed between projects, highway 13 and highway 18 and the land for the construction of concentrated cemeteries of Dong and Doai communes (Tam Giang commune).

The Chairwoman asked Yen Phong district to organize a meeting between investor and the people to solve rights of both parties based on the provisions of law; continue to propagandizing, motivating, taking and explaining the meaning of the project and the provisions of law, thereby agreeing with the policy of the Government and the province.

Investors coordinate with departments, localities to continue developing land records, compensation plans to make payments to people, she added.
