Chairwoman Nguyen Huong Giang inspects progress of Ring Road 4 - Capital Region project
(BNP) - On the afternoon of May 6, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huong Giang inspected the progress of the investment project to build Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region, section through Bac Ninh province.

Also joining the delegation were Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of relevant departments and sectors and Thuan Thanh town.
Up to now, bidding packages No. 14 and 15 of project component 2.3 are actively implementing construction, basically ensuring progress; bidding package No. 16 will select contractor, which is expected to be completed in May. For site handover, the investor has applied for land allocation (phase 1) in Que Vo town, Bac Ninh city. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment requested that the two localities provide land allocation documents to soon allocate land to the project for construction.
For component project 1.3, the plan has been approved, and land recovery has reached 95.3%. The investor strives to deploy construction items for transferring 110kV, 220kV and 500kV electrical systems from June; and complete detailed planning and submit resettlement areas for approval in the second quarter of 2024.
The Chairwoman praised and highly appreciated the efforts of relevant departments, sectors and localities as well as the investor and contractor in implementing construction.
Giang requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Transport and relevant localities be more proactive and drastic in site clearance work, quickly dismantle high, medium and low voltage power lines, technical infrastructure..., to quickly hand over the site to the investor, ensuring the overall progress of the project.
She asked relevant localities to immediately focus on resolving site clearance in order of priority, creating maximum convenience for the people and high consensus when implementing the project. The investor shall periodically submit all difficulties and problems to the Provincial Steering Committee Support Team for consideration and direction on how to resolve and ensure committed progress.
