Chairwoman Nguyen Huong Giang visits the factory of the Goertek Company.

Established and put into operation in Que Vo Industrial Park in 2013, Goertek Company is a Chinese-Korean joint venture company, specializing in manufacturing smart bracelets, smart speakers, unmanned aircraft and electronic components for major corporations in the world and creating jobs for 30,000 workers. The Goertek Company's leaders thanked for the support of provincial leaders and departments, agencies, localities in recent years.

The company proposed to the province to consider and build a road from Que Vo Expansion Industrial Park to Highway 18; issue work permits for Chinese people; build houses for workers and provide clean water for the Company...

At the meeting, Chairwoman Nguyen Huong Giang acknowledged and appreciated the company’s efforts in production and business in the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic.

She asked the Company continue to promote production and business development as well as take care of the material and spiritual life of workers, contributing to the province’s overall development.

She assigned Provincial Industrial Zones Authority in coordination with Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Justice and Provincial Public Security to study the plan of granting permits for Chinese workers.

The Chairwoman further assigned Department of Construction in coordination with the Goertek Company to review the housing needs of workers. The People's Committee of Bac Ninh city and Que Vo district take measures to encourage local people to expand the accommodation rental service. Bac Ninh Clean Water Joint Stock Company reviews the clean water pipeline and proposes a plan to supplement the company's water supply to ensure the production of the Company.
