In 2024, units donate 110 wheelchairs to disabled
(BNP) – Currently, there are nearly 22,000 disabled people in the province receiving monthly allowances, including more than 5,000 people with severe disabilities. In order to share the difficulties of disabled people in the province and spread love through volunteer activities, recently, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd., Samsung Display Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Samsung SDI Vietnam Co., Ltd. jointly donated wheelchairs to disabled people in the province.

In 2024, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs in coordination with units donated 110 wheelchairs to people with disabilities in the province. Each wheelchair is worth nearly VND 7 million with automatic control function and modern design.
After 15 years of cooperation, to date, Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd., Samsung Display Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Samsung SDI Vietnam Co., Ltd. have donated more than 2,000 wheelchairs to people with disabilities in Bac Ninh province.
