More than 22,000 turns of poor households and policy beneficiaries borrowed capital

Among which, capital from the central government reached more than VND 2,442 billion, accounting for 90.18%; the trust funds received from the local budget reached nearly VND 266 billion. The Provincial Social Policies Bank disbursed more than VND 762 billion of preferential loans to more than 22,000 turns of poor households, near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries.

The policy credit capital created jobs for more than 3,000 employees; helped nearly 400 turns of students with difficult circumstances to borrow money for study; built nearly 33,000 clean water and environmental sanitation works; supported 48 women, young people, production and business establishments owned by women and youth to start-up; supported 215 customers to borrow money to build, buy social houses...

Policy credit has made an important contribution to the effective implementation of guidelines, policies, goals and tasks set out by the Party and the State, helping poor households, near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries to invest in production development, increase income, improve their life, contributing to reducing the rate of poor households, ensuring social security, building a new countryside.
