National Men's and Women's Boxing Championships in 2021 closes

(BNP) - On the evening of December 4, at the Provincial Multi-Purpose Gymnasium, the 2021 National Men's and Women's Boxing Championships closed.

President of Vietnam Boxing Federation Tran Minh Tien presents flags to groups with excellent achievements in the age group of 19-40 for men.

At the end of the tournament, in the age group of 17 - 18 for men, the Army team ranked first in the whole team with 4 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medal; Ho Chi Minh City delegation ranked second with 2 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medal; Third place belonged to Thanh Hoa delegation with 2 gold medals.

In the age group of 17-18 for women, the Hanoi delegation ranked first with 3 gold medals, 2 silver medals; Thai Binh delegation ranked second with 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals; Thanh Hoa delegation ranked third with 1 gold and 1 bronze medals.

In the age group of 19 - 40 for men, the Army team ranked first with 6 gold medals and 1 bronze medal; Bac Ninh delegation ranked second with 3 gold medals, 3 bronze medals; Binh Duong delegation ranked third with 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals.

In the age group of 19-40 for women, Hanoi delegation ranked first with 5 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 5 bronze medals; An Giang delegation ranked second with 1 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals; third place belonged to Tien Giang delegation with 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals.

In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 43 sets of medals to boxers with high achievements.
