Urban area, Ho town, Thuan Thanh district.

According to the Decision, this is a complex urban area, within the communes of Xuan Lam, Ha Man, Thanh Khuong, Tri Qua, Dinh To, Dai Dong Thanh with an area of about 1,529.98 ha, population size about 55,000 - 65,000 people. Among which, the North borders on Duong river; the South borders on Highway 17; the East border with Provincial Road 276 and Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park; the West borders with Hanoi Capital.

The planned urban area is planned for functional areas, including Functional areas at regional level; Functional area at urban level; Residential area. Among which, functional areas at regional level consists of amusement park which uses Disneyland model with area from 200ha or more; the golf course has an area of about 100ha in Dinh To commune and tourist routes along Duong river corridor connecting historical relics clusters as Kinh Duong Vuong Tomb, Dau Pagoda, But Thap Pagoda.

Functional areas at urban level includes the work of education, commerce, Green Park, ecology along Dau River. Residential area with low construction density, harmonious combination between existing residential area, associated with parks, tourism, entertainment ... has a full range of utilities, services, to meet the needs of residents and tourism service.

The planning of urban areas in the West and Northwest, Thuan Thanh district aims to set up a multi-functional urban area with regional scale, including general entertainment services; preservation, exploitation and promotion of the value of natural landscapes, historical and cultural relics in the region to form a key tourism, thereby contributing to promoting socio-economic development of the locality.
