Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies presents gifts to revolutionary soldiers imprisoned by enemy in localities

(BNP) - Preparing to celebrate the traditional Lunar New Year of At Ty, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies led by Mrs. Dao Hong Lan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Health; Mrs. Tran Thi Van, Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Anh, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment visited and presented gifts to revolutionary soldiers imprisoned by the enemy in Thuan Thanh town and Gia Binh district on the afternoon of January 14.

The Association of Revolutionary Soldiers imprisoned by the enemy in Thuan Thanh town has 29 members and the Association of Revolutionary Soldiers imprisoned by the enemy in Gia Binh district has 25 members. Over the years, the branches have propagated and mobilized cadres and members to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, as well as the State's laws and policies; actively participated in protecting the Party, the government, and the people; cared for educating the younger generation about revolutionary traditions; and protected members' rights and practical interests.

The Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies presented 29 gifts to revolutionary soldiers in Thuan Thanh town and 25 gifts to revolutionary soldiers in Gia Binh district. At the same time, the delegation expressed deep gratitude for the sacrifices and great contributions of the revolutionary soldiers; kindly visited, encouraged the health and wished the revolutionary soldiers to be exemplary in leading campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in the locality, wished the revolutionary soldiers and their families a warm and happy Lunar New Year as well as continued to promote the tradition and qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" as a shining example for the younger generation to learn and follow.
