Receiving and working with the Delegation were Mr. Nguyen Tien Nhuong, Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee and leaders of relevant departments and sectors.

At the meeting, Permanent Vice Chairman Nguyen Tien Nhuong briefed on the province’s outstanding socio-economic development in 2017. Despite being the country's smallest locality, Bac Ninh, thank to favorable location, is currently one of the provinces obtaining fast growth rate with many leading indicators of the whole country: the growth rate ranked the first; industrial output value ranked 2^nd; export value ranked 2^nd; economic of scale ranked 4th; foreign investment attraction ranked 6^th and so on.

In particular, Bac Ninh is one of 3 provinces that the Prime Minister has permitted to establish a pilot Provincial Public Administrative Center under Provincial People's Committee. In addition, the province has established and put into effective operation 8 among 8 Public Administrative Centers in districts, town and city. This is a breakthrough in Public Administration Reforms (PAR) of the province.

On behalf of Yen Bai province, Vice Chairman Duong Van Tien congratulated the province’s outstanding socio-economic development and highly appreciated effectiveness of Public Administrative Center model of Bac Ninh province. Besides, he stressed that valuable experiences in implementation of Bac Ninh's Public Administrative Center would be the premise for Yen Bai to study and apply in the reality of the province with an aim to facilitating people to start up and develop their business.
