Suspension of business inspection in context of Covid-19 epidemic

(BNP) - Deputy Chief of Office of Provincial People’s Committee Ngo Van Luyen has just signed a document to announce the direction of Chairwoman of Provincial People's Committee on the inspection and examination of businesses in 2020.

Unexpected inspection shall be conducted upon detecting signs of law violations of businesses.

Accordingly, in order to remove difficulties and facilitate businesses for development in the context that the Covid-19 epidemic, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Provincial Inspectorate to chair and coordinate with Departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, town and city as well as relevant agencies and units to review the Inspection Plan 2020 and suspend the business inspections as planned.

For unexpected inspection shall be conducted upon detecting signs of law violations of businesses and must be approved by the Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee. Persons who issue inspection and examination decisions; Head of the inspection and examination team; specialized inspection officials will be responsible before the law and the Provincial People's Committee…
