2024 is the first school year in the past 54 years that Bac Ninh Industrial College has recorded a training scale exceeding 3,000 students. Of which, the training sector serving the digital industry, semiconductor industry in high-tech electronics, green technology in automobiles, self-driving vehicles, and automation accounts for 86% of the total number of students enrolled, affirming its position as the province's leading school for industrial training.

The school has successfully graduated 30 high-quality students according to German standards by GIZ (a project of the Federal Republic of Germany). Currently, the school is training over 100 high-quality students in 2 majors: Metal Cutting and Industrial Electronics. At the same time, the school cooperates with 6 colleges and universities from Korea and China to provide training in the fields of digital and semiconductor industries. The graduation rate of college level is over 92%, 100% of students are welcomed by businesses before the graduation ceremony.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Bac Ninh Industrial College is the vocational training institution that initiates the realization, contributing to foreign investment attraction FDI into the province with quality human resources, implementing the policy of the leaders through Resolution No. 05/2024/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council on regulations to support teachers, students at vocational training institutions, universities to train high-quality human resources and the semiconductor industry to serve the digital industry in Bac Ninh province in the period of 2024-2030.

Currently, Bac Ninh Industrial College is applying the most diverse vocational training model to adapt to the business environment such as: "1+1+1" training model with Goertek, dual training - parallel training with Hitachi, LG, Canon, Fushan; training talented engineers with Samsung; training line leaders with Foxconn...

On this occasion, Bac Ninh Industrial College was awarded a Certificate of Quality Standards for the Industrial Automation Industry by the Vietnam Institute for Training and Human Resources Development. Students with high scores in the entrance exam and those who have overcome difficulties in their studies received scholarships from the school, businesses and international organizations. The e-commerce platform project "Bac Ninh Market" by the student startup group of Bac Ninh Industrial College was awarded startup funding. The school received training support from many companies and businesses.
