Speaking at the reception and working session, Ms. Vo Thi Hien expressed her gratitude for the provincial leaders’ warm welcome to the delegation. At the same time, she said that OneSky is a US non-governmental organization operating in Vietnam since 2016 with the OneSky Da Nang Preschool Care and Education Center project. In addition, the organization has implemented a preschool education training project for teachers and caregivers at independent preschools in the provinces of Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Hai Duong and Da Nang.

In the 2025 - 2029 period, OneSky plans to implement the project “Improving the quality of preschool care and education in industrial zones” in 04 provinces and cities including Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Long An and Ho Chi Minh City, with a budget of about USD 5 million. The project’s purpose is to improve the quality of child care, especially in industrial zones of the localities, with the aim of hoping that the Provincial People’s Committee will pay attention and create favorable conditions for the project to be implemented soon in Bac Ninh.

For his part, Vice Chairman Le Xuan Loi warmly welcomed the delegation to visit and work in the province. At the same time, he briefed the delegation on the province’s geographical location, cultural traditions, and outstanding socio-economic development results in 2024, with many indicators among the top in the country such as Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), industrial production scale, total foreign direct investment, budget revenue, quality of education and training, etc.

Loi affirmed that over the years, Bac Ninh province has always paid attention to education and training, especially in industrial parks and clusters, helping workers feel secure in their work and production. Due to its characteristics as an industrial capital, the number of workers from other provinces and cities coming to work in Bac Ninh is large, so it needs the support of ministries, departments, and non-governmental organizations to support the province better care for education and training. He also assigned relevant departments and sectors to advise and create the most favorable conditions for OneSky to soon implement and promote the project’s effectiveness by agreeing on project implementation policy in Bac Ninh.
