02 interdisciplinary teams to inspect food safety during Tet and 2025 Spring Festival season established

Accordingly, 02 interdisciplinary inspection teams of the province are established, led by Deputy Heads of the Provincial Food Safety Authority, with members from agencies and units: Provincial Public Security, Provincial Market Management Department, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Bac Ninh Portal, Bac Ninh Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station.

From January 7, 2025 to March 20, 2025, the delegations will conduct unexpecting inspections of food production, processing, trading, and import establishments, food service businesses, and street food, focusing on establishments where produce and trade food items that are widely used during the Lunar New Year and festivals such as meat and meat products, beer, wine, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, cakes, jams, candies, vegetables, tubers, fruits, food additives, and food service establishments.
