Covering on an area of ​​160 hectares in Tien Du district, the Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park project invested by Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation. Up to now, the District Compensation and Resettlement Support Council has worked with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the investor and the People's Committee of Lac Ve commune to publicize the plan and engage in talks with households whose land has been repossessed. Currently, the Tien Du district professional department is reviewing and evaluating the compensation and site clearing plan. Tien Du district is also working with the Provincial Military Command and Bac Ninh City to resolve compensation and site clearance issues for defense land in the Industrial Park.

The Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park technical infrastructure investment project phase II has a total area of ​​95.81 hectares in the communes of Phat Tich, Hoan Son and Tri Phuong. Up to now, the district has completed the land acquisition and compensation dossier and proposed the province to allocate land to the investor totaling 92.07 hectares (96.1%). Tien Du district requested that the investor work closely with the communes to finish the dossier for compensation, support, resettlement, and land recovery on the remaining 3.71 hectares.

The total area to be recovered from the project to create the irrigation canal for the Tri Phuong II pumping station is projected to be more than 178,800 m2, divided between Dai Dong and Tri Phuong communes. Currently, the functional sector in Tri Phuong commune has requested that the district People's Committee issue a notice for land recovery phase 1, covering around 78,800 m2.

At the meeting, the relevant departments and localities focused on discussing and clarifying the difficulties related to site clearance work. At the same time, they proposed and proposed solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, speed up the site clearance progress of the projects, and ensure the schedule.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman Loi requested that the Tien Du District People's Committee approve the compensation plan for the Nam Son - Hap Linh project as soon as possible. The District Compensation Council works with the investor to pay compensation to households whose land was recovered before January 20, 2025, he added.
