The Vice Chairman asked the local authorities and contractors to promptly clear the ground, dig the Huc River drainage canal to create a drainage road for the industrial park, which must be completed before 4 p.m. this afternoon.

At exactly 4:00 p.m. this afternoon, the contractor basically cleared the Huc River drainage canal under the direction of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi.

For Samsung Industrial Company, Loi proposed to proactively open the company's sewers so that water drains into the common drainage system of the industrial park.
