Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan works with T&T Group
(BNP) - On February 12, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with T&T Group Joint Stock Company (T&T Group) on investment research in Bac Ninh.

Mr. Dao Quang Khai, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of relevant departments, sectors and localities also attended the meeting.
Chairman Tuan summarized the province's outstanding socioeconomic development results in 2024, stating that Bac Ninh has 10 economic development indicators in the top ten nationwide, 5 of which are ranked first nationwide; the province as a whole has no poor households... With these results, Bac Ninh has several strengths, creating breakthroughs in economic development, building the province to become stronger and stronger.
The Chairman hoped that T&T Group would research and invest in a national and international sports urban area in Bac Ninh, contributing to the completion of infrastructure, meeting the criteria of a type 1 urban area of a centrally-run city.

At the meeting, Mr. Do Quang Hien congratulated the province on its socioeconomic development achievements, especially the province's approval to become a centrally-run city. At the same time, he said that T&T Group is a private corporation founded in 1993. After more than 30 years of construction and development, T&T is now a multinational, multi-industry economic group with operations in real estate, finance, investment and business in seaports, logistics, service provision, healthcare, education, industrial production, assembly, trade and import-export, agriculture, forestry, and sports.

T&T Group suggested investing in three province-wide projects: a 1,340-hectare smart sports and healthcare urban area in Nam Son zoning plan (Bac Ninh city), a spiritual tourist urban area, and a tourism service urban area in Tien Du district. The Group believed that the province would pay attention and create favorable conditions for the projects' early implementation, leading to a breakthrough in socioeconomic development.

At the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman Dao Quang Khai and leaders of departments and sectors directly discussed a number of issues related to the division of sub-zones; the sequence of implementation steps...
Concluding the meeting, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan expressed his support for the investment direction of T&T Group. At the same time, he offered an investment approach for the Group to realize the overall project of the medical-sports-urban-service complex Ngoi Con Ten (Nam Son ward, Bac Ninh city). The goal is to construct a sports urban region of the province with the scale of a centrally-run city.
