2025 Autumn Fair takes place from October 20 to November 5 at Vietnam Exhibition Center

(BNP) – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg on organizing the Autumn Fair in 2025.

The 2025 Autumn Fair is scheduled to take place from October 20 to November 5 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Illustrative photo).

Accordingly, following the success of the exhibition of national achievements "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness", the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vingroup Corporation and the Vietnam Exhibition Center to organize the Autumn Fair in October 2025.

The exhibition of national achievements “80 years of the journey of Independence-Freedom-Happiness” took place from August 28 to September 15 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi). This is a political -cultural event with a profound influence on social life. The exhibition recorded a record number of visitors. By the end of September 13, the exhibition welcomed nearly 8.6 million visitors; on September 13, there were nearly 1.3 million visitors. It is expected that when it closes, the total number of visitors will reach about 10 million after 19 days of opening.

The exhibition is the largest ever, gathering 28 ministries, central agencies, 34 localities and more than 110 large enterprises and economic groups. With more than 230 booths, the exhibition displays the achievements of nearly 180 industries in many fields, through documents, artifacts, documentaries, reports... vividly reflecting the 80-year development journey of building, protecting and developing the country. With its strong appeal, the National Achievements Exhibition has become a special cultural destination, attracting a large number of people nationwide.

According to the original plan, the exhibition was expected to end on September 5, but due to the increasing number of visitors, to meet the needs of the people, and to implement the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 155/CD-TTg dated September 2, 2025, the organizing committee extended the time to September 15.

The exhibition will stop receiving visitors from 4pm on September 15th and the closing ceremony will take place at 8pm on the same day at the North Yard, Vietnam Exhibition Center. The program will be broadcast live on VTV1, Vietnam Television.

On the closing night, there was a special art program with the theme "I love my Fatherland" and a high-altitude fireworks display to celebrate the success of the exhibition.
