(BNP) – The Bac Ninh Department of Construction has announced the first sale of 653 social housing units under the Nham Bien Social Housing Project in Yen Dung Ward, ensuring a transparent and equitable process for eligible homebuyers.

Developed by Vinh Phat Real Estate Joint Stock Company, the 5.1-hectare project comprises six 19-storey apartment buildings with approximately 1,800 social housing units ranging from 30–70 sq. m, along with commercial townhouses and integrated facilities, including a kindergarten, healthcare services, green spaces, and technical infrastructure. The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
In the first phase, 653 apartments with floor areas of 30.5–69.3 sq. m are available for sale at VND 16,194,900 per sq. m (VAT included, excluding maintenance fees and the i-Ki area price adjustment).
Applications will be accepted from August 15 to September 30, 2026 on working days. Eligible applicants may submit their dossiers online via the developer’s website, directly at the project’s sales office in Yen Dung Ward, by post, or through their employing agencies for consolidated submission.
