(BNP) - The Bac Ninh Department of Construction has issued Notice No. 201/TB-SXD publicly announcing the sale of social housing units in the Social Housing Development Project at plots CT01A and CT01B within the Que Vo New Urban Area infrastructure development project in Phuong Lieu ward, Bac Ninh province.

The project, invested by Tung Bach Co., Ltd., involves the construction of a social housing area on plots CT01A and CT01B within the Que Vo New Urban Area infrastructure development project, covering an area of 21,893.4 m2, with 12 floors and a construction density of 61.5%. Specifically, buildings CT01 and CT03 are 12 stories high with a penthouse, each with a construction area of approximately 2,813 m2 and a total floor area of approximately 25,199 m2. Each building has a total of 235 apartments. Buildings CT02 and CT04 are also 12 stories high with a penthouse, each with a construction area of approximately 2,571 m2 and a total floor area of approximately 24,935 m2; each building has a total of 222 apartments.
Currently, the four apartment buildings CT01, CT02, CT03, and CT04 have completed the 12 main stories and the penthouse and are undergoing finishing work (95% completion); the technical infrastructure (roads, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, water supply, fire protection, landscaping, sidewalks, lighting) has been constructed and completed.
A total of 50 apartments are available for sale at a price of VND 18,873,000/m2, including value-added tax.
