(BNP) - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh recently signed Document No. 470/UBND-KTN announcing the list of housing projects allowing foreign organizations and individuals to own homes in the province.

Accordingly, two projects have been included in the list of housing projects allowing foreign organizations and individuals to own homes in the province.
Firstly, the Social Housing Project No. 02 in areas No. 5 and No. 9 of the Southern Urban Area, Bac Giang City, invested by Thu Do Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company. The project is built on a 1.207-hectare plot of land in Bac Giang Ward and Tan Tien Ward. The project includes three housing units: two 19-story social housing buildings (with one basement level) and one 19-story commercial housing building (with two basement levels). The project also includes external infrastructure and landscaping within the land plot.
The project is scheduled to complete all procedures and construction work by April 24, 2027. Foreign organizations and individuals are permitted to own apartments in the commercial housing units of the project.
Secondly, the Social Housing Project is located in Zone 1 of the urban area adjacent to the Vietnam-Korea Vocational College of Technology (Bac Giang Ward), developed by Thu Do Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company. The project covers an area of 1 hectare and includes one 12-story social housing building and one 15-story commercial housing building with one basement level; it also features integrated infrastructure and landscaping. The project is expected to complete all procedures and construction before June 2027. Foreign organizations and individuals are allowed to own housing in the commercial housing area of the project.
