Bac Ninh approves apartment complex project at new residential area along Yen Ninh street, Nenh ward

(BNP) - The People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province has just issued Decision No. 740/QD-UBND approving the investment policy for the apartment complex project at the new residential area along Yen Ninh street (Phase 2), Nenh ward with a total estimated investment capital of nearly VND 1,712 billion.

The project is implemented through an auction of land use rights in accordance with the provisions of law. This is one of the projects contributing to perfecting the urban infrastructure system and improving land use efficiency; forming a synchronous, multi-functional urban space, meeting the needs for accommodation, living, entertainment, and relaxation of local residents and meeting the increasing housing demand of people in the area.

According to the decision, the project is deployed on a land plot with an area of 13,548m², including a mixed-use residential building with 19 stories above ground and at least 01 basement with a total construction floor area of about 117,190m². The construction is synchronously invested with a technical infrastructure system such as power supply, water supply, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, fire prevention and fighting, communication, and green landscapes according to the approved planning.

Regarding the structure of use, the basement is arranged for parking and building technical areas; the podium includes 2 stories above ground with a floor area of about 12,194m² for commercial, service, office, and public facility functions. The tower block from the 3rd to the 19th floor has a total floor area of about 91,449m², arranging commercial apartments. The expected population size is about 2,100 people.

The total estimated investment capital of the project is VND 1,711.889 billion. The project has an operating duration of 50 years from the date of approval of the results of winning the auction for land use rights. The expected execution schedule is within 24 months from the date the investor is allocated land.

The approval of the investment policy for the apartment complex project at the new residential area along Yen Ninh street (Phase 2) is expected to contribute to forming a synchronous, modern urban space, increasing the housing stock, while creating momentum to promote socio-economic development and the urbanization process in Nenh ward in the near future./.
