(BNP) - The Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee signed Decision on approving the Project "Developing Labor Relations in Bac Ninh Province for the Period 2026-2030".

Accordingly, the Project will be implemented within the scope of managing and supporting the development of labor relations; dialogue, negotiation, signing of collective labor agreements, and resolving labor disputes at enterprises and groups of enterprises in Bac Ninh province. The implementation period is from 2026 to 2030.
The applicable subjects include: Workers; employers; organizations representing workers and employers established according to legal regulations; state management agencies on labor relations at all levels; labor mediators; Labor Arbitration Council and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals.
The overall objective of the Project is to build and develop progressive, harmonious, and stable labor relations in enterprises in the province, in accordance with the socialist-oriented market economy and the basic international labor standards that Vietnam has committed to; to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of workers and employers; limit disputes and collective work stoppages; contribute to improving the investment and business environment and the sustainable socio-economic development of the province.
The Project sets specific goals by 2030, focusing on improving the quality of workplace dialogue, implementing grassroots democracy; expanding the negotiation, signing, and implementation of collective labor agreements; strengthening compliance with labor laws and social insurance laws; and improving the effectiveness of preventing and resolving labor disputes. Improving the income, living standards, and social welfare of workers; enhancing the capacity of stakeholders involved in labor relations.
The plan identifies key tasks and solutions including: Raising awareness and strengthening the leadership and guidance of Party committees and authorities at all levels on the development of labor relations; perfecting and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of labor relations; promoting the role of trade unions and organizations representing workers and employers.
Along with this, it aims to promote dialogue, collective bargaining, signing and implementing collective labor agreements; strengtheng prevention and support for resolving labor disputes; improve the capacity of management staff, trade union officials, and labor mediators; link the development of labor relations with improving working conditions, enhancing the material and spiritual lives of workers, and ensuring social security.
