(BNP) – Bac Ninh has deployed visual propaganda work to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly, serving the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the whole province to proactively organize communication and cultural activities to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the people, especially in remote, ethnic minority, border and island areas; meet the need for cultural enjoyment on the occasion of the country's important anniversary.
Promote propaganda about the meaning and importance of the election, the right to vote and run for election of citizens according to the Constitution; disseminate the basic contents of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly, the Law on Organization of Local Government, the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies and the Central Government's guiding documents. In addition, strengthen education on traditions, honor the contributions of National Assembly deputies through the periods during 80 years of accompanying the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
Organize decoration and visual promotion with billboards, posters, streamers, electronic boards, and LED screens at agency headquarters, units, and public places, especially in urban centers, airports, wharves, traffic intersections, and main streets.
In particular, there are 35 posters serving the 80th anniversary of the General Election and 41 posters for the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, on that basis, appropriate posters are selected to deploy propaganda locally.
Provincial departments, branches, sectors, mass organizations; People's Committees of communes, wards and towns shall, based on their assigned functions and tasks, promptly and fully organize the implementation of contents under the direction of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and guide agencies, units and localities to carry out visual propaganda work in accordance with the model paintings, slogans and professional requirements issued by the Ministry; at the same time, urge and check the progress, promptly synthesize reports and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to direct the contents beyond its authority.
