(BNP) - The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued Plan No. 17/KH-UBND on the implementation of Resolution No. 71/NQ-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government and Plan No. 07-KH/TU dated July 25, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology (S&T) development, innovation and national digital transformation.
