(BNP) - The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province issued Decision 586/QD-UBND approving the adjustment of the investment policy for the Urban Area No. 2 and No. 3 project next to Vietnam-Korea Vocational College of Technology in Bac Giang ward.
According to the decision, the project has a scale of approximately 10.4 hectares, with the investment in synchronous technical infrastructure and the construction and finishing of the facades of 98 houses on an area of approximately 10,065 m², with a total construction floor area of approximately 31,561 m². In addition, the project includes 204 residential land plots to be transferred through land subdivision and sale for people to build their own houses according to the plan.
The total investment of the project has been adjusted to over VND 281.18 billion. According to the new schedule, the project will be completed by the end of Q4/2027 and put into operation from Q1/2028.
