(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision approving the investment policy and assigning the investor to implement the social housing project in the residential area next to Tan Tien Primary School (project), in Zone 4, Southern Urban Area, Tan Tien ward, Bac Ninh province.

The project is invested by Lang Giang BT One-Member Limited Company; with a land area of approximately 0.42 hectares.
The project is being developed on land plot B2-OHT-49 according to the approved Construction Planning Subdivision No. 2 of Bac Giang urban area. The project's components include: high-rise social housing apartments, transportation infrastructure, and external technical infrastructure (yards, internal roads, landscaping) within the project boundaries, all completed and integrated.
Specifically, the project involves constructing a high-rise apartment building with 23 above-ground floors and 2 basement floors; a total construction area of approximately 1,676 m2, and a total above-ground floor area of approximately 44,683.6 m2. There will be approximately 355 social housing units for sale. The functional spaces within the building include: residential apartments (from the 4th to the 23rd floor), commercial and service spaces (from the 1st to the 3rd floor), parking space (2 basement floors), community living spaces, and other public and technical functional spaces. The project is expected to provide housing for approximately 693 people.
The project's operating period is 50 years from the date the investor is allocated land, leased land, or permitted to change the land use purpose by the competent state agency.
