(BNP) - On the morning of September 27, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Gold Park Luxury Apartment project in Bac Giang ward. This is one of the key projects to be started to welcome the 1st Congress of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

The commercial apartment project on the land lot coded CT3 (Gold Park apartment) is represented by Dat Vuong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company as the joint investor. The project is built on a land plot with a total area of over 5,260 m2; including a 25-storey building; 2 basements with a scale of 607 luxury apartments. Including 19 shophouses, 8 penthouses, 580 apartments providing accommodation for more than 2,000 residents. The total investment capital of the project is VND 1,163 billion, the expected construction time is 24 months.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman Phan The Tuan highlighted that in recent years, Bac Ninh province has prioritized the simultaneous implementation of solutions to attract investment, build infrastructure, and gradually improve urban space. One of the province's primary responsibilities is to focus on constructing urban housing, particularly the commercial apartment segment, in order to fulfill the growing demands of the population while also contributing to the restructuring of urban space, thereby boosting the province's quality of life and image.

Tuan affirmed that the project has begun with commercial services, modern design, and synchronous infrastructure in conjunction with public utility services. When completed and put into use, the project will provide more high-quality housing for the people, become an architectural highlight, expand urban space, promote the development of commercial and service activities, and reinforce the attractiveness of Bac Ninh province's investment environment. This is one of the practical works to welcome the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, demonstrating the spirit of determination to act, aspiration for development, and realizing the Party's Resolution into life.
He acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and sense of responsibility of the project investor, the timely support and accompaniment of departments, branches and local authorities in the investment preparation work in the past time.

The Vice Chairman requested the investor to focus maximum resources, select construction, consulting and supervision units with sufficient capacity and experience, comply with legal regulations on investment, construction, ensure labor safety, fire prevention and environmental protection and so on.
