(BNP) - On the morning of September 22, a delegation attending the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress led by Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Gau offered incense at the Monument to the Provincial Heroes and Martyrs (Hung Vuong street, Bac Giang ward).
The delegation offers flowers at the Provincial Memorial for Heroic Martyrs.
Joining the delegation were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Huong; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan; Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Viet Oanh; Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thi Ha.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation respectfully laid a wreath with the words "Forever grateful to the Heroes and Martyrs".

Before the heroic martyrs, the delegates offered incense and observed a moment of silence to express their respect, remembrance and gratitude to the heroic martyrs, the outstanding sons of Bac Ninh homeland who did not spare their blood, bones and youth to contribute to the nation's victory.
