(BNP) – During 3 days (November 5 - 2025), a Bac Ninh Provincial Delegation led by Mr. Ngo Van Luyen, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, attended the "Vietnam - China Border Trade and Tourism Fair" and "Vietnam - China Exchange and Cooperation Week" in 2025.

The “Vietnam-China Border Trade and Tourism Fair” and “Vietnam-China Exchange and Cooperation Week (Wenshan) 2025” are co-hosted by Zhou Wenshan, Yunnan province, China) and Tuyen Quang Province (Vietnam). The fair takes place from November 8 to November 21, 2025, in Wenshan City, Yunnan Province, China.
The fair "Sharing Opportunities, Joining Hands to Create Prosperity" showcases agricultural, forestry, and fishery products, medicinal herbs, machinery, equipment, raw materials, chemicals, construction materials, electronics, refrigeration, household electrical appliances, footwear, consumer goods, and wooden household furniture and handicrafts. Exhibition booths promote investment, trade, and tourism.
Vietnam and China's provinces and cities will hold negotiations and exchange topics such as border gate construction, industrial and trade cooperation, cross-border tourism, bilateral cultural exchange, science and technology development in order to foster two-way economic and cultural connections and promote friendly relations between the two countries.

During the working trip, Head of the Bac Ninh provincial delegation Ngo Van Luyen and Heads of the delegations of the Northern midland and mountainous provinces of Vietnam including Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, Bac Ninh, Lai Chau, Phu Tho and Dien Bien paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Zhao Guo Liang, Secretary of Zhou Wenshan; and visited the Wenshan Panax Pseudoginseng Production Group (a typical product of Zhou Wenshan).
During the welcoming session, the two parties shared information and discussed the possibilities and benefits of the local community's socioeconomic growth. At the same time, the exchange sought to strengthen trade cooperation, establish circumstances for businesses on both sides to explore potential for collaboration in investment, commerce, and agricultural exports, and assist enterprises in executing cross-border trade investment; strengthen cultural exchanges by organizing festivals, cultural and artistic exhibitions, and other events with appropriate content and formats, all of which contribute to the development and strengthening of foreign affairs activities between Vietnamese provinces and cities and China.

Over the past time, the Vietnam - China relationship has maintained a positive development trend and achieved many important results.
