(BNP) - In response to the 2026 Workers' Month, on the afternoon of May 11th, the Executive Committee of the Goertek Vietnam Company Union (Nam Son Industrial Park, Hap Linh) organized a program to care for and present gifts to 43 disabled workers currently employed at the company.

The program aims to demonstrate the practical concern of the Trade Union and the enterprise for the material and spiritual lives of workers, especially disabled workers - individuals who have always strived to overcome difficulties, actively worked in production, and contributed to the overall development of the enterprise.
Within the framework of the program, representatives from the Goertek Vietnam Company's leadership and Trade Union Executive Committee directly visited, encouraged, and presented 43 meaningful gifts to disabled workers employed at the company.

Through this activity, the Company's Trade Union aims to create an inclusive, equal, and humane working environment; and at the same time, strengthen the bond between union members, employees, the Trade Union organization, and the enterprise.

Over the years, Goertek Vietnam has worked closely with the Trade Union to implement a wide range of practical programs aimed at improving employees’ welfare. These include supporting workers facing difficult circumstances; providing care and assistance during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year); organizing cultural, artistic, and sports activities; enhancing meal quality and working conditions; and paying special attention to female employees, vulnerable workers, and employees with disabilities.
The 2026 program to care for workers with disabilities further affirms Goertek Vietnam's commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), placing people at the center of sustainable development. Through this, it helps workers stay committed for the long term for the sustainable development of the enterprise and effectively implements the social security policy of the province.
