(BNP) - On the morning of July 25, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh chaired an online conference to deploy the organization of the National Achievement Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - 2025). The conference was connected online to 34 provinces and cities.

Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Bui Thi Thu Thuy chairs the conference at the Bac Ninh province’s venue.

The Exhibition is scheduled to take place from August 28 to September 5, 2025 at the National Exhibition Center in Hanoi.  This is a significant event in preparation for the primary activity to commemorate the nation's glorious 80th anniversary, which is part of a series of large-scale national and international activities with profound political, cultural, and social values.

Regarding the implementation of the Exhibition, up to now, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has coordinated with the Vietnam Exhibition Center and the design consultancy unit to allocate exhibition space to agencies, organizations and enterprises participating in the exhibition. Relevant departments, ministries, branches and agencies have received the premises and implemented the design of the exhibition space, sending it to the MOCST for synthesis. The Ministry has also issued a propaganda plan before, during and after the Exhibition; announced the use of the Exhibition's logo.

In the coming time, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will propose the content of the work to be implemented, which is to complete the overall layout of the Exhibition space, build a digital exhibition; complete the design plan for the celebration decoration, visual propaganda, publications, promotional videos; develop a plan to organize the construction of the exhibition; complete the security, order and health plan as well as the plan to organize the opening and closing of the Exhibition and related documents.

At Bac Ninh province’s venue, Director of Bac Ninh province's Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Bui Thi Thu Thuy said that the province has already submitted a detailed outline of the content and design layout for the exhibition in a 345m2 space and is editing it in response to the Organizing Committee's comments.  Regarding the presentation and introduction of Dong Ho traditional paintings at the Exhibition, she recommended that the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism issue an official dispatch as soon as possible, directing this content to prepare for prompt implementation.  Regarding the financial policy framework, she asked the Finance sector to provide direction and resolve challenges in the bidding process and related concerns so that the Exhibition may be organized using funding sources.

Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh emphasized that in recent times, ministries, branches, agencies and localities have made efforts to carry out assigned tasks to organize the Exhibition.

There is not much time left from now until the Exhibition. The scale of the organization is large, the workload is large, requiring ministries, branches, agencies and localities to have high determination and great efforts to well implement the tasks of organizing this important Exhibition.

Localities that organize fairs and display enterprise products must ensure that the enterprises operate legally, have prestige in the field of production and business, and that their products and services are representative of local industries and professions, as well as meet consumer product quality and food safety standards and so on.
