Approve master plan for residential building construction in Yen Phong district
(BNP) – The Provincial People's Committee has just signed the Decision No. 226/QD-UBND approving the master plan of residential building construction for workers in Yen Trung commune, Yen Phong district.

According to the Decision, covering an area of about 8.99 hectares, the residential building construction has a population of about 3,700 people with modern and synchronous social and technical infrastructure systems.
The residential housing is organized into main functional areas including Cultural house, kindergarten, sports area, greenery, commercial housing, social housing...
Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Huong Giang asked Yen Phong district People's Committee to announce the approved planning project and set a planning landmark; organize the execution of construction investment projects according to the plan and legal regulations as well as coordinate with adjacent projects to determine boundaries.
