Bac Ninh approves detailed planning project of social housing, Thuy Hoa commune, Yen Phong district
(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 158/QD-UBND approving the detailed planning project of the social housing for workers working in the industrial park in Thuy Hoa commune, Yen Phong district.

Thuy Hoa commune’s social housing area has a total area of about 10.18ha. Among which, the area for planning research is about 9.46ha; external roads about 0.72ha; the estimated population is about of 5,500 people.
In essence, this is a social housing area for workers including housing projects, commercial services, sports, entertainment, mold Green trees, ... are built synchronously and modernly. The prioritized construction items are main roads, internal traffic axes, power supply systems, water supply and drainage systems, and wastewater treatment systems; Public works: commercial services, greenery, parking...
