Bac Ninh approves tasks of detailed planning of Northwest New Urban Area

(BNP) - Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 120/QD-UBND approving the task of detailed planning of Northwest Urban Area, Bac Ninh City (in A2, and D zones of the project of subdivision planning of Northwest new urban area in Bac Ninh city).

Accordingly, the project belongs to 2 wards including Hoa Long and Vu Ninh (Bac Ninh city). The planned area is about 27.06 ha. The estimated population size is about 5,400 people.

The works of the urban area include education (Kindergarten, Primary School, Secondary School); high-rise social housing; low-rise houses (townhouses, detached villas, houses with garden ...); clinic, culture and sport; parking lots and other ancillary works.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Management Board of Bac Ninh Urban Development Area and relevant units to make a planning project according to the current regulations.
